What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the model and whether customization is required. Standard models support small trial orders — tell us the model and quantity you have in mind and we will confirm the exact MOQ for you.
Can I get samples before bulk order?
Yes. Sample cost and freight depend on the model and destination, and the sample fee is usually deductible from your bulk order. Contact us with the model number to arrange it.
Do you support OEM/ODM?
Absolutely — that is our core service. We support logo (labeling / silk-screen / laser engraving), shell colors, plug & voltage (110V/220V, EU/US/UK/CN), nozzle caliber, color box design and packaging customization.
What certifications do your products have?
Main electric models are CE and FCC certified with LVD/EMC reports and third-party test reports. Several models also hold appearance and utility-model patents. Certificates can be shared on request.
What is the lead time?
In-stock models ship quickly; customized orders typically need additional production time depending on quantity and customization level. Tell us your model and quantity and we will confirm the exact schedule.
Which shipping options are available?
We ship worldwide by express, air and sea freight, and support door-to-door delivery to Amazon FBA warehouses (DDP options available).
Can you mix different models in one container?
